Welcome to TAN (teya)'s homepage

Hello everyone! Thank you very much for visiting my personal homepage. Whether you are a first time visitor to this page or have visited it several times, I’d like to say
"Sawadee Ka".  That’s how women say ‘hello’ in Thai.  Thailand is a stunningly beautiful country, rich in culture and famed for the warmth and smiles of its diverse people.  If you are looking for a private tourist guide when you plan to visit my country, please don’t forget to think about me & my teammate and write to my email : izthai@gmail.com

‘Can you speak English?’

‘Yes but snake snake, fish fish’ This is what some Thai people always say. It means they can’t speak English properly.

Although Thai children are taught English at school, they aren’t always very confident when it comes to using it.  That’s probably one of the reasons that many tourists prefer to have a local person with good English skills to guide them around.  As for me, I’ve always been interested in learning foreign languages. I’m always curious to hear other people talk, and the huge variety of sounds and accents

You’re special every day,Momicon

“Let’s meet on Mother’s day” this is so easy short words to gather my family and relative meet again in our hometown, Sing Buri province. My family see this day as one of very most important days of us beside Thai New Year, Songkran festival. Mother’s day in Thailand is on 12th August which is the HM Queen’s birthday. Many Thai family will have some special day with their own mother and celebrate for the Queen also.

We will bring jasmine flower to show love to mother. My family even do more than giving flowers. We start to clean mother’s feet and ask for apology for our mistaken that we have done to her. It’s part of religion to ask for a forgiveness and showing double respect to her as feet is the lowest part of our life (in our opinion)
